The Event
Rathbone Studios hosted DESIGNxRI’s Kickoff Party in Providence on September 14th.
The event had music inside which was a cool place to hang out. There was also a place outside to meet and talk with people. This was a great night out to enjoy a little music as well as network with some other creative people.
I met up with someone I knew from the Clambake event I attended back in August. I also met someone who had her work put up in various places in Providence and we talked about getting your “foot in the door.”
I had a good time at DESIGNxRI’s Kickoff Party and will look to attend more events like this in the future.
